The city of Gulf Shores is asking for your help to decide if it will grant a five-year permit extension to the Hangout Music Festival. Over the next couple of weeks the city will be soliciting input on the proposal from both residents and businesses in the form of a citizen survey.

Gulf Shores officials say residents are only allowed to take the survey once. All responses will remain confidential. Here's a link to the survey.

40 thousand people attended the 5th Annual Hangout Festival in Gulf Shores this past May.
