CMA Music Festival street closures

The 2014 CMA Music Festival runs Thursday through Sunday in Nashville, bringing a slew of country stars and street closures as it takes over downtown. Here is a list of street closures for the week:

Closures that began on Friday:

6 a.m. - The eastbound lane of First Avenue from Demonbreun to Church Street (reopens Monday, June 9, by 1 a.m.).

Closures that began Sunday:

7 a.m. - First Avenue from Demonbreun to Church Street (reopens Monday, June 9, by 1 a.m.).

7 a.m. - Broadway from First to Second avenues (reopens Monday, June 9, by 1 a.m.).

8 a.m. - the ACME alley from First to Second avenues (reopens Monday, June 9, by 1 a.m.).

Closures beginning today:

8 a.m. - Titans Way (reopens Tuesday, June 10, by 1 a.m.).

8 a.m. - Demonbreun from Fourth to Fifth avenues (reopens Monday, June 9, by 1 a.m.).

8 a.m. - First Avenue from Korean Veterans Boulevard to Demonbreun (reopens Monday, June 9, by 1 a.m.).

8 a.m. - Molloy Street from First to Second avenues (reopens Monday, June 9, by 1 a.m.).

8 a.m. - Demonbreun will be closed from First to Second avenues (reopens Monday, June 9, by 1 a.m.).

3 p.m. - Second Avenue from Demonbreun to Commerce Street (reopens Tuesday, June 3, by 1 a.m.).

Closures beginning Tuesday:

6 a.m. - Broadway will be closed from First to Fourth avenues (reopens Monday, June 9, by 1 a.m.).

3 p.m. - Second Avenue will be closed from Demonbreun to Commerce Street (reopens Wednesday, June 4, by 1 a.m.).

3 p.m. - Third Avenue will be closed from Demonbreun to Commerce Street (reopens Wednesday, June 4 by 1 a.m.).

Closures beginning Wednesday:

7 a.m. - The westbound lane of Demonbreun will be closed from Fourth to Fifth avenues (reopens Monday, June 9, by 1 a.m.).

Closures beginning Thursday:

6 a.m. - Fifth Avenue will be closed from Demonbreun to Broadway (reopens Monday, June 9, by 11 a.m.).

8 a.m. - The eastbound lane of Sixth Avenue will be closed from Korean Veterans Boulevard to Broadway (reopens Monday, June 9, by 1 a.m.).

9 a.m. - Fifth Avenue will be closed from Korean Veterans Boulevard to Demonbreun (reopens Thursday, June 5, by 7 p.m.).

Special note: Fifth Avenue will be closed from Korean Veterans Boulevard to Demonbreun each day Thursday through Sunday, June 5-8, (9 a.m.-7 p.m.).
