Our friends at the Treasure Island Music Festival have announced the stellar line-up of artists who will descend on the San Francisco Bay Area on October 18-19, 2004. Headlining are Massive Attack and Outkast with two dozen other artists throughout the festival, including TV On The Radio, Alt-J, The New Pornographers, The Growlers, Santigold, Zedd, Painted Palms, Ana Tijoux, Ashed Out, and St. Lucia.
