Kenny Chesney is the latest performer added to the all-star Southern Ground Music & Food Festival line-up. The two-day event, hosted by the Zac Brown Band, will be held on Sept. 27 and 28 at Nashville's Riverfront Park.

The 'When I See This Bar' singer will perform as part of the Friday night Super Set, which closes out the nightly performances. Jason Mraz will also be part of the Friday night Super Set, with John Fogerty confirmed for Saturday night. Other artists slated to appear include Willie Nelson, Grace Potter & the Nocturnals, the Eli Young Band, Kacey Musgraves, Blackberry Smoke and more. See a complete list here.

Chesney fans may want to grab tickets for the Southern Ground Music & Food Festival while they can, since he recently announced he will not hit the road next year. The country music superstar, who will wrap up his No Shoes Nation tour on Aug. 24, says he will focus on making music instead of firing up another big tour in 2014.

"We have so much fun out there ... with the fans, the other bands ... It's summer camp with guitars and a great sound system," he says. "And when we hit that stage every night, and hear the crowd, that's the best drug in the world. How you take a year off from that is hard; but music is the reason I do all of it, so right now, when I'm coming off an album that took me places I didn't know I was gonna go, I think that's what I should be exploring."

A limited number of tickets are still available for the Southern Ground Music & Food Festival, which will also include appearances by several celebrity chefs. Purchase tickets here.
