Porterville RecorderCMEA Music Festival is underwayPorterville RecorderPerforming at the festival were 15 young bands, including local bands from Burton Middle, Bartlett Middle, Strathmore Elementary, Rockford Concert, Pioneer Middle, Carl Smith Middle, Woodville Concert, Sequoia Middle and Sunnyside Elementary.
