L.A. talent agency plans biannual music festival in downtown St. Louis

The Budweiser Taste of St. Louis and the Bluesweek Festival are leaving downtown St. Louis for Chesterfield, but perhaps there's a silver lining: A music festival could be held at the Gateway Mall every Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend for 20 years.
